Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Your Business Counts, Inc. ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. It does not cover the tax, financial, or bookkeeping records you share with us as a client — that information is governed by our engagement agreement and by federal confidentiality law under Internal Revenue Code §7216, not by this page.
Information collected through this site
When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to schedule and manage your engagement. We do not sell or rent this information to third parties.
Third-party service providers
Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, which receives what you submit (name, email, phone number, and message) solely to route it to our inbox. Web3Forms does not receive any tax, financial, or client record information — only what you type into the contact form itself. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Cookies & analytics
This site does not set marketing or advertising cookies. If analytics tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and why.
Client records
Tax returns, financial statements, and supporting documents you provide as a client are retained according to IRS recordkeeping requirements and our firm's data retention policy, and are never shared with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
